About
Report
Chiropractic is not designed to make you instantly feel better, it is designed to make you instantly heal better. I was born and raised in Salina, KS where I was a three sport athlete competing in volleyball, basketball, and softball. This love of athletics and an interest in the human body led me to the University of Kansas where I got a B.S in Exercise Physiology.
Chiropractic Biophysics
Report
The basis of chiropractic involves performing an adjustment of the spine. This is a gentle force given to the vertebrae that allows it to move properly and facilitate proper neurological function and healing. There are many different ways to adjust the spine, and we are proficient in several of them ranging from diversified manual adjustments to instrument adjusting (Activator) to using a specialized table (Thompson).
Pediatric
Report
With proper chiropractic care, we can help your child grow as healthy and optimally as possible. Our mission is to help the children in our community begin life with optimal health and function. Many people are surprised that 75% of the children in our office are under routine "wellness" care. This means that their parents bring them in to help their bodies function as well as possible all the time!
Scoliosis
Report
It is often painful for the individual, can lead to many life-threatening conditions involving the heart, lungs, etc; and can often be a source of embarrassment due to abnormal head, shoulder, and hip positions. Approximately 2-4% of children develop scoliosis. Childhood: usually known as adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.
