We start with a thorough history of the complaint or problem area and ask questions about where, when and how, and what makes it better or worse. We try to gather as much information from the patient, as much as they feel that is important to know about them, their condition and where it began. Secondly, we do an examination that is relevant and pertinent to the history information.

When you come into our office we will call your insurance carrier to verify your coverage for chiropractic and massage therapy, however, we also encourage you to call your insurance company. Keep in mind the information provided by your insurance provider is only a "Quotation of benefits, not a guarantee of coverage."

From a personal history of back injury in high school football and eventual chiropractic care, Dr. Houk was inspired to become a chiropractor. His mission is to help people with spine problems like himself. Without drugs, without surgery, he aims to heal the spine to function like it is designed to.
