I recently started going to Healthy Life Chiropractic. I had experienced a hard fall on the base of my spine and I was having back spasms for the first time. In just the first couple of visits my spasms were resolved and I was able to move around pain free in the mornings once again. In addition, I have a spinal cord injury that happened 3 years ago and still affects my balance and coordination and muscle tone today.
All this time I have had terribly uncomfortable tightness in my lower back. In several more visits, Dr. Todd was able to influence my nervous system to begin to reduce this tightness and improve my ability to become a great deal more functional. Now I am able to do most of the activities I want to do and for much longer periods of time. I am happier and more hopeful. I recommend Dr. Todd wholeheartedly. Karen

Dr. Todd Stein was easy to understand, did a great job at explaining what he was doing and why, and best part of all. my neck pain melted away, and the plantar fascitis that I have been dealing with for a year went from a level 8 pain down to a Level 2. Highly recommend!

Dr. Todd Stein is a gifted Chiropractor. His work addresses both the physical symptoms of pain his clients experience, as well as re-aligning the underlying nervous system and communication. He always seems to know just where to work on my body for maximum benefit. His uplifting presence is a joy to be around, and he really takes time to get to know and understand those who join. I've been a client there for several years now, and go weekly for 'maintenance' even when I'm not experiencing active pain or issues. They accept insurance which is helpful, as well. Highly Recommended.
