I fell in love with Winona, Mn. when I attended Winona State University in 1997. Little did I know at the time, I'd meet my wife Erika here. Following Graduation I moved to St. Louis, Mo. to attend Logan Chiropractic College. In December of 2004 I graduated from Logan and moved back Winona and with the help of my wife Erika, opened Vail Chiropractic Clinic in February of 2005.

When I first started going to Vail 3.5 years ago, I could barely walk. Within a year of starting treatment, my need for a cane all but disappeared, my pain levels dropped dramatically, and I was able to do things I had not done in years. Now, it has been around 3.5 years, and I am doing so much physical work around my home. I feel great! I rarely need my cane or braces to walk, and many times I forget that I used to need them. Thanks to VAIL Chiropractic, I am not as handicapped as I once was!

As person who suffered through terrible chronic headaches and frequent migraines (1-2 a month). I was skeptical he could help me. I had visited other chiropractors in the area, and unless I was seen daily or every other day, the headaches persisted and I always felt pressured into buying products (pillows, supplements, etc.) I finally went to Dr. Vail after a friend convinced me to give him a try as he did wonders for her.

Because of Dr. Vail I feel like I got my life back! In the six years I've been going to Dr. Vail, My migraines have disappeared (I think I've had 3 over the past 6 years) as did my chronic lagging headaches. He really is fantastic at what he does and he is incredibly personable too!

Dr. Vail is an excellent chiropractor who doesn't tell you that you need a bunch of things you don't. Quick and easy adjustment, I felt better also immediately!
