Ergonomic classes are held each month on the second Tuesday at 7:00 pm and the second Thursday at 1:00 pm at Advanced Physical Medicine & Therapy (Mount Prospect). Our doctors regularly hold classes on a wide variety of healthcare topics at community meetings and corporate wellness programs.
