I have been going to Dr. Brett for a while now. He is friendly, professional, and really helps get everything aligned again. All of the staff at Global Wellness is top notch. You will always feel welcome, appreciated, and they know you by name the minute you walk in the door. It's a great atmosphere & I will continue going. They will try to work you in the schedule if you need in asap which is so helpful!

So thankful to have Chiropractic services offered in our small town of Madrid. Dr Brett and the rest of the staff at Global Wellness are all so professional and accommodating, but I also love the small town vibe. Just got done going to see Dr. Brett and wow! Right when I walked in the staff greeted me by name, though I had never been there before. Immediately we have a game plan to get everything corrected. Also Dr. Brett was great at explaining everything to me and going through how he would handle my care, I'm looking forward to going back!

I highly recommend this practice for your chiropractic and physical therapy needs. The doctors are highly skilled and well versed with the best technology to assess your needs and help your body heal to it's fullest potential. I drive 2.5 hours to go to this practice.
