Terrible - they told me I was paying in full for each appointment and then when I stopped going they sent me a bill for more money. The care I received did not do anything and I'm still in pain. I do NOT recommend them at all.

Exercising is something that is simply part of my daily living. I must have done something incorrectly as continued pain in my neck and back made my daily habit uncomfortable and likely ineffective. Through the recommendation of a friend, I went to see Dr. Lo. Even after my first visit, I could feel an improvement; but after I told Dr. Lo about a specific muscle pain in my lower back, his use of dry-needles made a HUGE improvement! I would highly recommend Dr. Lo and his amazing staff to everyone, and especially to those who may be suffering from sports/athletic related aches and pains.

After seeing other chiropractors for six years with little improvement, I have finally experienced major benefits from visiting Dr. Lo. With the extreme stiffness I get in my back, it has often proven impossible to crack my back and especially my neck into place with other chiropractors- but not at Integrative Chiropractic and Wellness. The modern technology used to ensure proper spinal alignment found at Dr. Lo's practice is unmatched from my experience. I have been in pain for 1 year, the result of a fall. I had physical therapy several times with no relief of my pain. After visiting Dr. Jay Lo for only 3 months, I am pain free. I am also sleeping much better. The advanced equipment that he uses is very high tech. I highly recommend Dr. Jay Lo and his staff.

After hobbling into Dr. Lo's office, unable to walk straight due to a recurring back problem I started therapy with great success. Yesterday I was able to go sledding with my granddaughters! The awesome staff make you feel welcome and I would recommend anyone with back/neck problems to make an appointment.
