At Goodhue Family Chiropractic, our goal is to help patients find the health they've lost, and how to keep it once they've found it. Through chiropractic care we will work to restore your spine and nervous system to as near normal as absolutely possible. I chose this Goodhue mainly because it was my hometown and knew that it is a community I would really enjoy living in. Growing up here, I didn't realize how special it was to receive a friendly hello, wave or a smile from everyone in the community whether you knew them or not. Until I lived in other areas and finally realized what I had all those years.

Chiropractic has been such an important part of my life since young adulthood, that I can hardly imagine it not being a part of everybody's life. I share the story of how I became a chiropractor with many of my practice members and the story, which I will repeat for you here, is why I do what I do.

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Think of an adjustment as "tuning" a piano, adjusting each string so it produces the perfect tone.
