Karen the receptionist is the rudest person I've talked to. My first 2 appointments were canceled due to covid and I had to cancel my third appointment because I had an injury which left me unable to walk for a few days. She claimed in my 30 minute appointment she could've fit in 8-10 patients and blamed me for a loss of money. The first appointments were canceled by the doctor. I have an appointment coming on Monday but I will probably cancel and go somewhere else. Karen is bad for business.
In these times you need to be understanding. But it's not my fault when the doctor has been exposed to covid and cancels on me. There's no way I caused you to lose business. My appointment was at 630 and you close at 7. You would've lost maybe 2 patients. Sad because I've known dr Mike since I was a kid. I hope you get rid of Karen but I won't be coming to see you. I'll take my money somewhere else.

Dr Mike is a very nice man. He seems to truly care about each and every patient. He also has a lot of common sense which adds to his already pleasant attitude. And he is extremely gentle with his manipulations

Dr Mike and his team are extremely helpful and efficient. His office is very clean and in these trying times they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is comfortable. I can not say enough good things about the care I have gotten there. Office Manager Karen is a star! Highly recommend.

I have been going to Dr Mike since he took over the practice. The office girls are so friendly and pleasant, and Dr Mike gets to know you and your family history, to better treat you. My daughter and son inlaw now also go. During Covid you can feel very safe going there with no worry. I have plenty of Chiropractors in my city but prefer to drive 20 mins to where I love the service I receive!

Everybody is very friendly here and very helpful. I love that they have the ability to do a combination of chiropractic care and massage which was incredibly helpful for the knots that I had in my neck and shoulders. I have increased range and mobility in my head and neck movement and I even feel like my posture is better.

I'm sleeping better after just 2 sessions with Dr. Mike. I didn't ever use or believe in a chiropractor before getting to a point physically, I knew I had to do something soon before I legit become crippled from my old nagging military injuries. Not only was the treatment good, but the all around friendly staff and ability to listen to what I need, helped me to decide to become a new client. Great work everyone! See you next week. Dr. Mike!
