I have an L&I claim. The first time in my life. I had 2 choices on which office to go to and I am SO SO GRATEFUL that I had made the choice to come here. The people in this business deserve so much praise. The staff are so kind and friendly. Dr. Briggs and his wife are the BEST. When it comes to chiropractic services, I personally don't want to be adjusted like I'm a fragile doll. I want the full experience. Pile driver into my back kind of deal. I am completely satisfied with the way Dr. Briggs works. :D

Please protect yourself, don't risk going here. Had to go here to resolve an L&I back injury. The chiropractor couldn't even do adjustments, was AGGRESSIVELY condescending, and after all that they screwed up the L & I billing so I got nonstop letters in the mail requesting payment. When I went in to ask them to drop the charge or bill it correctly to L&I- in my indoor normal person voice- the owner barreled out the door of the office, red faced, and yelled: "we can charge you for whatever we want and we don't even have to tell you so just pay it or we'll send it to collections!" For context: this was a $20 charge (on an L&I claim visit) They have multiple chiropractors in the office so if you're willing to roll the dice you MIGHT get help. As for the billing? Well, good luck.

Thought they were more expensive then others, they were the only one who could see me same day being a new patient. They ended up being very affordable and I paid out of pocket. It was for my 6 year old who had fallen off a ladder and after the ER telling me she was okay, I took her to be adjusted because I knew she wasnt okay. Well after apt she felt better and then a couple hours later ER called to tell me she compressed 5 vertebrae.
She is now better. I made myself an apt and my one year old was HORRIBLE and they had extra staff to help assist me. They listened where my last one didnt. They adjusted me like I hadnt been adjusted before. I am very happy and thankful. My 6 year old cried at our last chiro because she was scared. She hasnt been with these ones! Front desk has been great with me too!

You prepay for visits and they bill your insurance for those visits. And since your insurance did not pay them, they bill you again. When you try to go in and resolve the issue you get absolutely no where with them! Staff are very rude and unprofessional.

I have never been to a chiropractor until recently due to a workout injury and I can't believe I waited this long to visit one. It's a great experience. Everyone from the front office to the doctors are amazing! I have enjoyed my visits so much. I feel 10Xs better and I plan to come back. Thanks for the great service!

I recently re-activated care in their office and am glad I did. They fixed me up fast. I appreciate the ability to walk in without an appointment. Their staff goes beyond in helping you with insurance coverage info.
