My daughter and I were rear ended and in a lot of pain. We didn't know where to start. We went with Willow Bend because it was close to my office and this is going to be a long process. I couldn't have been more pleased with how we were treated. He explained everything throughly and even made sure my daughter understood. Our Doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel at ease with the process and listened to my concerns. I do t feel like a number there and I have for this entire insurance claim. I've been going to Dr. Heptig for over 12 years and he is simply the best. He's caring, listens to me-figuring out exactly what's going on at each appointment, and is very knowledgeable. His staff is always accommodating and kind. I recommend him to everyone I can because this office is just so great!
