I have a long history with chiropractic care and know when I have found a good one. Dr. Kris and his team are some of the best I've ever worked with. His office is fast, efficient, and full of kind, cheerful, and helpful people. Dr. Kris himself is a FABULOUS chiro. He has a very intuitive touch and knows how to get the hardest vertebrae to release.
He is always able to answers any of my questions and takes ample time to make sure he doesn't miss anything. I am a super happy patient and would recommend Dr. Kris and his office to anyone looking for a great experience!

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for Dr. Kris Ingram and his staff. I could barely walk the other morning because I was so badly out of align. Dr. Kris had me back to 100% in minutes! I tried to make a new patient appointment for my husband. I was asked to fill out the paperwork on a computer and submit it before his appointment. I filled it out on my tablet, and when it asked for a signature it would not let him sign. We hooked up a Bluetooth mouse and went back down to the signature area and the system had blanked out everything we had done.
After working on the paperwork for I don't know how long I finally called and was told that I should have been told it needed to be done on a PC because of needing the signature. I was told there were no other options unless he wanted to come in early before the appointment and do it in the office. The reason I was trying to do it ahead of time was because he didn't want to go in early.
I found another chiropractor that would see him and called back to cancel the appointment at Ingram's and was not even asked why just "okay". Not a very good way to treat a new patient.

Dr. Kris is the BEST. I have been to many chiropractors over the years. I will never go to anyone but him now. He has helped me enormously through some of the most painful back attacks imaginable. His office staff is friendly, helpful and caring. I recommend him without reservation. Superior care from a superior person.

We have sent all of our employees here in the past for random selection and pre employnent drug and alcohol testing and we have never had any problem until today. The receptionist that answers the phone is extremely rude and they only take appointments. So they will turn you away if you don't have an appointment very inconvenient. They said that they have always had the appointment policy.
I informed them that in the past we have always sent them in with no appointment and they always received them. After telling them that, that did not change anything. That is not the way you should treat customers. They should of tried to fit them in that day and do anything possible to get them tested that's called great customer service. We will be using someone else.
