Dr. Kropac is a great chiropractor. Please beware this place will overcharge you. Previously, Dr. Kropac only charged the approved amount by the insurance company. Now, this place charges more than the approved amount. They were rude about it when you discussed the charges. They did not verify the approve amount with the patient prior to the visit. Please be aware.

I have seem Dr. Smith for many years and have benefited greatly. His staff is wonderful and it is such a caring environment. He will spend however much time is needed to explain things to me and I have never once left without getting adjusted. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews. I have always had a positive outcome from manipulations that I have received in their office. I have seen Dr. Kemp as well and had an equally good outcome. I would highly recommend either Dr. Stephen Smith or Dr. Jessica Kemp.

Dr. Smith is extreme knowledgeable and very passionate about what he does. It shows in the way he takes time to educate his patients and address their complaints or concerns. His practice and his staff are also top notch!

One of the very best Doctor's I have ever met. And, the office staff is truly top notch. I am a big guy and Dr. Smith does an incredible job of taking care of my back. He is literally the first to properly adjust my back. I highly recommend both he and Dr. Kemp.

I came to this place 2015 and never got adjusted. They only just did the massage, so I can come back again and again. Pain on my back was still the same. I stopped coming back after the 3rd visit.
