I was very impressed with the thorough initial exam, and the detailed explanation of the x-rays Dr. Jeff had taken, I was sure I had picked the right place. After about a dozen VERY brief adjustments, advice about home treatments, ice vs heat, sleeping habits and exercises, which I practiced diligently, I found my self in the same or perhaps worse pain than I had arrived with. On my last two visits, Dr Jeff was late arriving at the office, and had several people waiting.
Instead of the usual three or four minute adjustment, I got a one or two minute adjustment. I cancelled my next appointment, and did the opposite of what they had advised me to do, and my pain actually decreased. Given the amount of time the spent with me, I would not recommend Lifeforce to anyone wishing to relieve their pain.

I am a guy that has several issues with my spine since 1997 when I broke my neck in a car accident. With that said, I have to be very careful with what happens to my neck and spine. I have been going to LifeForce dozens of times and the experience and care is A+. If you need chiropractic care this is the only place to go!

I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful team at LifeForce Chiropractic. I have had severe back issues for over 20 years. I tried injections, pills, acupuncture and patches.
