1 In every Appointment Confirmation email sent to patients after an appointment is booked, there's a link the patient can follow to cancel or reschedule the appointment. This link is only present if the appointment is more than 1 hour away. If they decide to cancel it, they can schedule another one after they cancel it on the same page.

When you arrive at the office, you'll meet one-on-one with chiropractor, Dr. Gregory Smith, DC, to discuss the pain or issue you're experiencing and review your complete health history as well as any recent test results (x-rays, MRIs, etc.). If you haven't completed the New Patient Application, which can be downloaded online, the doctor will ask you to fill it out.
