I was referred by my legal team to see Dr. Nahali due to being in my very first accident in my lifetime. My back and neck was hurting me so bad that I was sleeping on a heating pad to try to ease the discomfort. The first thing Dr. Nahali did was send me for scans so he could see what was going on before initiating treatment. I also have severe peripheral neuropathy in my hands and feet. After the scans and MRI he came up with a treatment plan that has changed my levels of discomfort.
His methods are absolutely effective. This is an important factor for me because my other doctors/specialists still have not figured out what is causing my neuropathy and just have me in pills to ease the discomfort. There have been days I walked into his office with everything aching and when I leave I feel like NEW MONEY I cant thank Dr. Nahali and Mari enough for always working with my schedule, their politeness, and listening to me talk every now and again lol. I definitely recommend both of them to ANYONE with chronic back pain. I look forward to continuing to work with you hem both! Thank you both for being so amazing at your professions!

Ive been dealing with back pain for over 10 years. I used to go to the chiropractor, which helped for a little while, but the pain always came back. Ive tried just about everything surgery was definitely not an option for me.
Eventually, I decided enough was enough and started doing some research. Thats when I came across Spinal Aid and scheduled a consultation with Dr. David Nahali. He took the time to explain what was going on with my back in a way that made total sense.
He told me it would take time and that Id have some ups and downs, but that I would feel better. He was absolutely right. After multiple treatments, my range of motion has improved so much, and the relief is amazing! I cant thank Dr. Nahali and Madeline enough for everything theyve done. Spinal aid was a life savor I've had back problems for awhile and one day it just got so bad I couldn't walk or move or even feel my legs I was going to another chiropractor and they sent me for mri once they seen my results they told me the only fix was back surgery due to me have multiple herniated discs and I didn't want back surgery so I found Dr. Nahali at spinal aid came in had a consultation he explained everything so I was able to understand my first few visit I was nervous but doctor Nahali and his start do everything in there power to make you feel welcome and calm and relax through the whole process and now within a few short weeks and listening to Dr. Nahali's instructions on how to help with recovery I am back to walking and my everyday life without surgery and I am so very thankful for this and the service they provide they are a life changer and the work they do here is amazing

Since 2014, my parents and I have tried 6 other chiropractic offices, none of which ever gave any real relief. With Dr. Nahali we experience true help. He is not only understands bones, but recognizes the simple truth that muscles can play a huge part in what your body is or isn't doing. He gives immediate relief, and tips for what you can do at home to stretch it strengthen the muscles. I am two counties away, but still make the drive to Orlando for my family's chiropractic care because it's worth the trip!

Dr. Nahali and Mari are very friendly and caring. I was referred by a co-worker and thank God I decided to visit them. I've been to other chiropractors before but never felt like I was in the right place or receiving the correct treatment, just adjustments here and there. Each body/injury require a different treatment and, in my experience, I felt a huge relief since the first visit with Dr. Nahali. Also, huge thanks to Mari for always being so caring and kind. I've been a patient of Dr. Nahali's for 15 years or so. I only see him about once or twice a year because he is just THAT GOOD! I had been to a lot of Chiropractors before finding him and I have to say without a doubt that Dr. Nahali is the best at fixing any back or neck problems that I have. I've been experimenting with the lazer lipo to try and get rid of the hard spots lower stomach and handles. Im on my second treatment so can't say if that is working yet. I've been working out and eating clean for about 2 years and hope to see results soon if so i will update. I can say that the facility and staff here are pleasant. Mari is very welcoming and will answer any question you have regarding the treatment and takes very good care of you during your whole visit. The office is organized and clean like a medical center sbould be. If the lazer works i will update to a flaming 5 Lol!

Dr. Nahali is amazing! He is a personable doctor and he helped my mom with her arm. She has always had issues with her arm from work and when he adjusted her, she could feel a huge difference. I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I started going to Orlando Spinal Aid Center. last year and I couldn't say enough good things. I've been going to chiropractors since high school and I've never had an experience like at Orlando Spinal Aid Center. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming and they get their patients in quickly. Dr. Nahali truly cares for his patients and wants us to feel better. I love his approach to chiropractic care.
He looks at the entire body and how we can improve the spine. Other chiropractors that I've been to have always just adjusted me and sent me on my way. But Dr. Nahali has taken X-rays and come up with a plan on how to fix my spine instead of placing a band aid on the problem. So needless to say, yes I would recommend Orlando Spinal Aid Center.

Lazer machine to lose inches does not work. This doctor is very nice and the staff are sweet and kind but this lazer machine treatments I diligently did was a complete waste of time and money. I bought plenty of treatments, drank water as I was suppose to and exercised logging with fitbit and ate low calorie low fat the weeks I did the treatment. I did not have hundreds of dollars to waste and driving all the way to lake Underhill for all those appointments to drop 1/2 inch and zero weight is very depressing.
Nice people - like them but this was a total waste of my time and money. I am not saying it may not work for you for I can only speak for myself but spend money on these packages at your own risk. I cannot figure out how in the world I could do all this and have almost no results.

Two years after my incident, 2 months after going to Spinal Aid of Orlando and twenty-four therapy sessions later I am completely overjoyed to say that I feel great and I haven't had any major issues with my neck at all! From here I know I must maintain and continue my stretches, exercises and once-a-month maintenance for my spine, but that fails in comparison to the agony I had previously undergone. So needless to say, I am very happy and grateful that the discs of my spine are completely healthy by the grace of God using Dr. Nahali at Spinal Aid of Orlando.

For the past 5 years I was in constant pain in the low back and unable to do much of my every day activities. It was very hard to walk my dog several times a day. Now the walk is on my exercise program and I am feeling great. A person gave me some flyer- -found in her mail box. After reading it over we called to get more information and made an appointment. I was unable to stand no more than 15 minutes at a time and then I had to sit down, my back and legs hurt so much that unless I was sitting I was in pain and was miserable most of the time. I was concerned that I was getting so bad that I could not perform my job functions properly.
