After years of not much help from doctors to ARNP, to P.A. I believe we found the right one for my daughter. Ready to get started on her vertigo treatment. She's 16 years old and has had permanent vertigo for 4.5 years. Everyone here was very nice and very understanding.

The staff is very nice and caring. Dr. Presas was very considerate and took the time to explain everything. He was my second opinion and I'm very glad I chose him. This doctor has kept me from needing back surgery.

I am happy to say I am encouraged that these treatments will help me. Dr. Presas makes sure you understand the process and know exactly what is going on. The office staff are very kind and helpful. If I had to say any negative I wasn't asked about the letter I received in mail that said if I came in within 10 days of receiving it I wouldn't have to pay the $375.00. My consultation was free though and this was cost of xrays so not a bad trade.

I also wish they could file insurance for the customer too because cash upfront can be costly for some patients. Update- Unfortunately none of the treatment I received helped. I decided to stop going for treatment and was out of thousands of dollar.

Couldn't be more disappointed. My boss began treatment after listening to my recommendation. I did a ton of research when he was told he would need extensive surgery on his back and that even with surgery there was little hope he would see improvement. Site after site had rave reviews on the doctor and the approach he takes. After THOUSANDS of dollars and bi-weekly treatments for months we received new imagining from a second surgeon today that show ZERO change to his spine.

Nothing realigned or even shifted. Two separate doctor's offices have laughed when told what Dr. Presas assured us would be accomplished. So very disappointed that I believed in the reviews I read online and persuaded someone else to spend money with these people. Please don't make the same mistake.

Dr. Presas and the entire staff has been fantastic. I started treatments in December of 2018 and in less than 6 months I am a new man. I was having trouble walking, constant back pain and could not even bend over to tie my shoes. Today I am riding my bicycle and have zero pain. I spent almost 10 years with back pain. Visited numerous chiropractors across the country and nothing helped like NuCCa and back decompression.

The 1 hour a week that I spend in the office is all it takes. I travel quite a bit for work and have been able to miss weeks at a time and still stay on track for my recovery. This was a last ditch effort as I thought I had tried everything but surgery, and back surgery is not what I wanted. I cannot thank the whole Chiropractic Crew enough. You get what you pay for. This is not free or cheap, but it is effective. I've told people that I would have traveled across the world to get the relief that I found at the North Dallas Spine Center. If your in pain, come in for the consultation. You will Be glad you did

I started treatments over a week ago and already feeling better. Dr. Presas and his staff are very pleasant. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I still have some way to go but I believe my experience will be worth it. I recommend North Dallas Spine Center. I was broke down and could barely walk and using a cane. Today no cane and walking a lot better. The best part for me is no surgery or injections.

This truly is a Five-Star experience. The environment is beautiful and tranquil, and the ladies are as wonderful as everyone says! Every visit is enjoyable. Besides the fact that Dr. Presas is such a great guy, he delivered me from some of the worst pain I had ever felt (like I couldn't even get up for a day). I had left a surgeon who was about to put a plate and pins in my neck! So I decided that I really needed to see if NUCCA and decompression would work for me. The treatments are so comfortable, that at first I wondered if anything was really happening. But guess what? I have no more pain!

The team at North Dallas Spine Center are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Have been going there for nearly a year, following Dr. Presas from his previous practice (yes, he's that good!). I'd definitely recommend them as they don't try to take advantage of you like I've had some chiropractic doctor's do in the past. And they encourage you to restore your energy and equilibrium after an adjustment with small snacks, meditative music, and a great lounge room with reclining chairs. If you haven't tried their type of adjustments which focus on the neck to correct entire spine and muscle issues, I'd say give it a chance. You won't regret it!

For the past month I have been seeing Dr. Rader and I would like to share my awesome experience. Over Christmas after talking with family members who have been seeing Dr. Rader for awhile, I decided that I should bring my mother, who was having trouble to see if Dr. Rader could help her. On our first visit, as I sat in the waiting area with my neck hurting, I decided that I should see him as well.

I honestly can't remember a time when my neck didn't hurt. I have had headaches and neck tension for years now. I attributed the neck pain to being active and teaching third graders. Finally I decided to see if Dr. Rader could help. I am happy to share that in just one short month my neck feels much better. I am not having headaches as much and I sleep soundly throughout the night. I am excited to see what the next month brings as well as very thankful for Dr. Rader's help.
