Adjustments done are not specific to target areas of pain. No change since day one and I've been going for months and still mentioned pain during "last visit". Dr. Trevens said no more adjustments needed even though pain was clearly still there. I had a couple movement tests done and my "last visit" there was no test done to show change, no X-rays done to show change. No information is ever given. I've heard patients ask questions and they all get the same answers. The answer given never explains patient specific needs, he just says you're locked we're going to unlock the area.

Very happy with the care provided by Dr. Bill Trevens. I had struggled for years (decades) with neck and back issues, and though previous chiropractic care had given me some temporary relief I was't getting better. Now under Dr. Trevens, I feel like I am actually healing. He is the only Chiropractor I have found that can consistently get my head back on straight (so to speak) when needed. Such a different experience then any other Chiropractic office I had been to previously. Friendly helpful staff that is dedicated to patient wellness.

After being told by multiple neurologists that there was "nothing I could do about my post-concussive symptoms" the worst of which is vertigo, I took a chance based on some research regarding holistic health options. I am so grateful that I found Dr. Trevens. In the span of a few months I am re-calibrating to my "new normal" with notable improvements. He is attentive and kind - "great bed-side manner" which puts me at ease.
He also listens and is genuinely interested in my holistic health. Colleen has gone above an beyond in helping to schedule and work with my insurance. She is kind and always cheerful. The office space is welcoming and clean, very professional. If you are in need of an adjustment, this is the place!

I really enjoy going to Specific Chiropractic is Watertown. The staff are really friendly and the office is very comfortable. They even have the occasional bowl of Swedish fish; I do chiropractic as a means of general wellness. Dr. Trevens approach is conservative and gentle. You'll will only get an adjustment at a visit if your body needs one at that time. If you are in a state of a good health and communication between the spinal cord and the brain, they do not interrupt the process.and if you do need an adjustment, the truth is in how you feel after!

Highly recommend Dr. Trevens. He has provided excellent treatment for a whiplash injury I suffered in a car accident. He is great about explaining how the treatment works and what to expect throughout the entire process. He had recommended lots of great stretches and exercises that have been just as important to my recovery as the adjustments. Additionally, Colleen at the front desk is great to work with. She is very friendly and professional. I have canceled or rescheduled appointments at the last minute several times and never had an issue.

He has helped me in ways that countless other skilled chiropractors were unable to. After moving to the area, I had a hard time finding a new chiropractor that addressed my chronic neck issues and migraines. I was referred to Dr. Trevens by a friend and have been under treatment for nearly a year. Dr. Trevens and his entire staff have been fantastic! My neck pain and headaches are once again under control, without pain medication and I have an overall feeling of better health. I can't recommend this place enough! I've been coming for a few years now and every time I walk in I'm greeted so warmly. Colleen is such a wonderful person and look forward to seeing her when I walk through the door. Dr. Bill has magic hands and every time I get an adjustment I am so relaxed! I sleep better at nights since I've been going and I find I have more energy. This place is the best!

I've been coming to Dr. Trevens for almost 2 years, and it has been a huge help. As a chronic "neck-cracker, " I've been to chiropractors before, but never one that practices specific chiropractic. Since starting with Dr. Trevens, I no longer feel the need to constantly crack my neck. I've also seen relief from seasonal allergies, migraine headaches, and overuse injuries. I was also just recently in a car accident, and Dr. Trevens has treated me for whiplash as well.
He also doesn't adjust every time--only when I need it! And the atmosphere is great. Colleen, the office manager, is friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chiropractor in Watertown!

I've been going to specific chiropractic in Watertown for 6 months now and it has been amazing. As a athlete growing up I've had a lot of injuries and mixed with being in multiple car accidents I found my way to Dr. Bill Trevens. Since seeing him I have had a tough of pressure relieved in my neck and shoulders. I have also seen improvement in my curvature of my neck. I highly recommend to anyone that is dealing with any type of neck pain and just wants to improve there quality of life.

I have been going to doctor Trevens for 10 years. I started going to dr Bill after i had a neck injury. My father recommend that i see dr bill as he specializes in what i needed. I love how I can be in and out in 30 minutes if I need an adjustment, shorter if I do not need one. I travel an hour one way just to see him. I never believed in chiropractors before and he is the only one I trust to give me an adjustment. If you have migraines, neck pain or lower back pain doctor Trevens is the one to see

We started bringing out daughter who is 5 and has global delay because of a metabolic disorder. She was only pulling up to stand when we started and within a few weeks she was walking with assistance. Now, three months later she is almost walking on her own! The staff is wonderful and very friendly. She loves going to see Dr. Bill!

Trevens Chiropractic was kind, convenient, and accommodating. The treatment was quick and the Dr. was kind. However, the reason for my low rating is because of the unfortunate consequences of my treatment. I went in because I have constant pain in my left shoulder blade region up into the left side of my neck. Dr. Trevens was confident his adjustments could help this problem and chronic foot pain I had been experiencing for the past 5 years.
After seeing the dr. for multiple adjustments/week for about a month I noticed no improvement. Worse still I started having split second blackouts-dizziness when I turned my head sideways. These very disconcerting episodes lasted for about 4 months before finally subsiding. I'll be very cautious/will never get these type of cervical adjustments again. Proceed with caution.
