Dr. Kemper has maintained 33 years of continuous practice in Chico-all of which located in offices on The Esplanade-26 years at this location. The 3000 Sq Ft clinic is designed to accommodate a 1600 Sq Ft chiropractic office which has been completely remodeled with many upgrades. Space lease option: Exclusive use of Room 4. Shared use of front desk, traction room, room 3 and break/storage room. Monthly lease: $500/mo 1st year. $600/mo 2nd year. Includes: Janitorial, exterior maintenance, garbage, PG&E, internet, Cal Water.

The chiropractic office currently uses 2 adjusting rooms, traction room and 1 exam room which also can be used for massage therapy. There are also separate break/storage rooms.

- 2 Thompson Terminal-point one is pneumatic with air compressor;
