I started going to Natural Health Practices a little over a month ago and this is the best I've felt in over two years! Kim is absolutely amazing and so nice! I have learned so much from her in such a short amount of time, it's incredible. She takes the time to really listen and go over everything in detail. I also got a chiropractic adjustment with Kelsey for the first time and I feel so much better after just one!

All the staff is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable about health and nutrition. Very relaxing, beautiful, comfortable place. My teen and I are working with Dr. Shelly and I'm bringing my toddler next week to work on building up her Immune system. we love her she is easy to talk to and very caring. We do ionic detoxification and my teen is trying out the pemf next week. I highly recommend to get to the root of your health problems. Here's to healing

Being from our of town, I was treated as I was a long time friend. I did not feel rushed as a great deal of time was given to me to address all my health concerns. I'm not out of the woods yet, as healing takes time, but I know I am in the right direction. The facility was clean and peaceful, and friendly. I would suggest everyone take a nutritional muscle test!

The team at Natural Health Practices is amazing. They are all super knowledgeable and helpful. I began my journey with them while suffering from a broken ankle. I really love this place. They make you feel so welcome the second you walk in the door. My favorite is Megan. She goes above and beyond making sure all of your needs are met. I don't feel like I have to go through this healing journey alone anymore. I'm only on my second week of supplements and i can already see great improvement! I live in a completely different city and travel here to see Dr. Shelly. Every time I come back she has something new in the name of natural health. This time I was able to use one of her infrared saunas. These saunas are amazing. Super high tech and highly recommended. I personally used the pain relief setting this time around. I noticed that there were multiple types of therapy sessions available in the infrared saunas. Detoxification, anti-aging, weight loss, and several more options.

Dr Shelly is amazing! I do electrolysis and laser hair removal and a lot of people in that profession get carpal tunnel syndrome and also have neck and back problems. I see Dr. Seidenberg every 2 weeks and she keeps me healthy! I know other pts of hers that literally say she changed my life! She is the best!

After going here for just a little over a month, my pain levels my headaches have gotten much better , but the thing that amazes me the most is the blood test results. My primary doctor told me I had to be on statins to get my cholesterol levels down and I came to Natural Health Practices to see what they could do and they got my cholesterol levels down by 30 points my LDL was the worst at 130 down to 109. I was amazed I finally have hope through all this TY so much.

I've been seeing Doc Shelly for just over 2 years. Simply saying I love her seems like such an understatement. What she does for people and how she devotes herself to her patients is so admirable and it makes me feel proud to be a part of her practice. Her entire crew (I call them the Spice Girls because of their head sets) is all gracious, loving and like Doc, love what they do. I am moving out of state and only hope I find a wellness center with 1/2 of the love offered at Natural Health Practices...I know I will be okay. I will sorely miss every one there.

I am on week 7 with Dr. Shelly and it is going so well. I feel great my symptoms are going away, my adjustments have relieved lower back pain. My inflammation is almost gone, to the point where I have to buy new shoes, all my shoes are flopping off my feet. My sleep is better and I feel so much stronger. The program is fantastic and Dr Shelley and her competent staff are extremely knowledgeable, kind and there to help you through each step.
