I just got off the phone after calling to ask about my owed balance for a treatment I did not realize I was accepting when I came back in for my "X ray consultation" and was told it was time to begin services after we reviewed the X ray. I'd expressed my concern of wanting to proceed until I'd consulted with a neurologist and I only used this office originally for the cheap next day X ray when no real doctors were able to get me in quickly. Turns out that because I did not agree to go forward and continue with my proposed treatment plan that what I was told and under the assumption was part of my "zero cost today consultation" was billed for $125 dollars. I called to pay my balance and express my concern that this felt like I was duped and I had to sign my agreement after the services were already done, though I did not actually want or need chiro work as I'm dealing with an AI issue and now moving out of state for treatment of that. Had I not been spoken to the way that Dr Michael just spoke to me I'd have paid my balance and gone on with my day but I feel that the attitude and blaming me for not understanding their procedure warranted writing this review. If you're not 100% certain you want or need to go forward with chiro work, be wary going forward with Integral wellness or you'll get yelled at for being confused by their procedure and have to pay anyway. Balance is paid, I wasn't seeking free work I couldn't afford, I wanted to explain my concern and was basically told "too bad, you got it wrong not us, now pay up"

My husband and I, are both getting adjusted at Integal Wellness. Plus he has been receiving shockwave treatment, on his lower back. We're very pleased with results and couldn't have a better staff and Dr's.

The professionals at Integral Wellness have a high attention to detail and put together a comprehensive plan for your care. The spinal decompression therapy and adjustments have helped me a great deal. The staff at the desk are very pleasant and are able to assist with any questions. As a healthcare professional, I am very happy with both of the doctors and have had a very positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience! Went in for a consultation and everyone I encountered was wonderful. Unlike some chiropractors who get you in and out quickly I felt like they truly took the time to listen to my concerns. I had several scans and X-rays performed that will be discussed at my next visit and feel confident that they are going to help achieve long term improvement and relief!

6 orthopedic doctors, and 7 back procedures later, I found integral wellness. They changed my life. I can feel my toes again, run longer, my legs arent going numb and I havent taken pain medication in a while. Their staff is also the best. Highly recommend going if youre tired of spending money on doctors and getting no answers. I spent years searching for answers and finally got them with integral wellness.

Knowledgable, professional & very nice people. Shockwave therapy worked great for my knee, I am able to do long walks & hikes with my dog, without wearing a protective knee brace. Very happy with my experience at Integral Wellness :)

I went in because I was in a car accident. They did more than just adjustments. From the spinal decompression chairs, red laser therapy, and more made a big difference with my issues. I would definitely recommend them

Dr. Michael and Dr. Kevin are the best!!! They helped me so much. A couple of years ago I was experiencing wide spread numbness due to degenerative disc disease and stenosis. Im 99percent better after their treatment. It has improved my overall health in other ways too. It is almost too good to believe. I cant recommend them and their fantastic staff highly enough.

I made a poor decision under duress. I would have done anything to relieve my back pain with the exception of meds or surgery. It was sold to me and completely my fault for not thinking about it further. I didn't have insurance so they signed me up for a certain bank. So once I signed everything the entire payment went to these folks and now I'm paying 117.99 a month, of which 60.00 and change is just interest. So sorry that I made this stupid decision.

I had neck surgery before and started having similar symptoms 7 years removed from surgery. I decided to try and alternative solution. Two months into treatment at Integral those symptoms have almost completely disappeared and my overall health is on an upward trend. If you've grown weary of mainstream medicine and doctors, I would recommend you consider seeking consultation at Integral Wellness for a different solution.

My daughter visited Dr. Michael's office with a patient, and asked "Could you help my mom?" The first appointment was diagnostic. I was impressed with the efficient, professional, and the courteous manner in which I was treated. Dr. Bryan considered the test results and told me he would work on a plan. We started treatment the next week. The plan makes sense to me and with their encouragement I am willing to work hard to achieve our goal. I feel like we are working together. I have a lot to learn, and Dr. and Staff are very patient, flexible scheduling. I would highly recommend this office if you have a hard problem to solve.

Everyone was very nice and informative about my issues. It was my first appointment and assessment was thorough. I liked how both the staff and the doctor were hopeful on helping me with my overall well being. I was impressed with the tests as well.but I didn't like the contract before being treated, I don't have the finances that was required for treatment

All the staff there is very friendly! Everyone wants to get to know you and see how they can better serve your needs. Very beautiful place! 10/10 recommend. Especially if it's your first time going to a chiropractor. All the staff is very knowledge and break it down for you!

Before starting with Integral Chiropractic, I had pain in both hips, little sleep, numbness in both calves. Tried many different treatments to no avail. Dr Micheal's plan of care has greatly improved my life. I can now walk 2 to 3 miles or more a day, no numbness, improved sleep and a significant decrease in pain with most days being pain free! Dr. Mike it's the real deal. A compassionate practitioner who not only has impressive head knowledge but equally as important, has an empathetic heart. I was deeply skeptical about nerve response chiropractic techniques and even after seeing significant improvement still voiced my skepticism. He was confidently reassuring. I appreciate that and even more the reduction in pain and increased mobility. Thumbs up!

I had pain and stiffness in my neck and lower back, and pain in my hip. If I sat for very long or rode in a car I would have trouble walking for a few steps. After three adjustments I’m much more mobile, able to sit for longer periods, and have released a lot of emotional and physical stress. And I’m sleeping better.
