Services
Sports-Oriented Chiropractic
Our sports-oriented chiropractic approach integrates joint manipulation with soft-tissue therapy and biomechanical analysis to address injuries comprehensively. By targeting both symptoms and root causes, we restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance athletic performance through personalized treatment plans.
Active Release Technique
Active Release Technique identifies and resolves muscle tightness and scar tissue adhesions affecting biomechanics. This hands-on method effectively treats conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, and nerve entrapments, improving flexibility and function for athletes and active individuals.
Rehabilitative Exercises
We prescribe individualized rehabilitative exercises to support recovery and prevent re-injury. These targeted routines, based on patient-specific needs, focus on strengthening weak areas, improving stability, and enhancing overall musculoskeletal health through evidence-based practices.
Soft-Tissue Mobilization
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization uses specialized tools to detect and break down scar tissue in muscles and tendons. This technique effectively treats chronic pain, tendonitis, and post-injury adhesions, promoting smoother tissue texture and faster healing when combined with other therapies.

Dr. Raymond is hands-down the best there is. He is knowledgeable far beyond the scope of a typical chiropractor, caring and compassionate, and his treatments resolve issues. He fixed new and old issues of mine, both in my back and in other joints & muscles in my body. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have experienced back pain for years. I tried everything to try to get some relief, but I had no success. After one session with Jamie I noticed immediate improvement. He has been amazing at giving me relief and a back that feels normal again after many years! Jamie is knowledgeable, kind, honest, and it is evident he truly cares about his patients. I am so glad I found him and would recommend his care to anyone! He is phenomenal!

Dr. Jamie Raymond was able to fix my elbow issues when no one else could. I had seen two physical therapists, and a specialty physical therapist to no luck. The last referred me to Dr. Raymond. Using ART he was able to alleviate my pain. It's been years now. I occasionally overstress my elbows and have to go back for a tune up. But he's been a godsend.

Jamie is awsome. I have been going to chiropractors for 32 years. I had been in a parachute accident in the Army. Years of Jumping and Rucking took a told on my body. I always have had bad knees and informed Jamie of this. He did the initial exam and found scar tissue all over my ankle and latt. He use the scraping tool (not fun) to break up the scar tissue on both. Took three sessions All of my former Chiropractors would say "see you next week" they wern't trying to fully fix me.just get me back for my money., Jamie fixed me and I was finally able to train and loose weight. I just finished the Tough Mountain Challenge running up Sunday River ski slopes. Didn't place super high in the standing. but know I can train it and my body will take it.

My son broke a bone in his hip playing soccer this summer. After 2 months of physical therapy, the bone had fully healed, but his leg still wasn't right. A friend referred us to Jamie. To paraphrase my son, "After 10 minutes of listening to my story, and pushing on some areas, Jamie knew what was wrong, and fixed me." My son went home and did the recommended exercises that were prescribed. We had 1 follow up appointment, at which time Jamie did a few more manipulations, stated that my son was good to go, and that we didn't need schedule to any further appointments. Couldn't be happier that my son is back to normal and that we found Jamie. Highly recommend.

First Chiropractor I have been to that was reasonable and effective. Fixed my problems in three sessions, and didn't try to sign me on for a lifetime of unnecessary appointments. Strongly recommended

Jamie (and now Kyle) are fantastic. Last year when I was having inner ankle and shin issues, my regular chiropractor couldn't get to the bottom of it. My PCP sent me to a foot and ankle specialist who suggested more calve stretching and orthotics. I decided, after much urging by triathlete friends, to go to Jamie. After just a few balance moves and strength tests he put me on a regiment of strengthening my ankles and feet. I started to see improvement within a week. No orthotics needed!
