Dr. McKinley and his entire staff are amazing! They are all so warm and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable from the very start! I've been to many chiropractors over the years Dr. McKinley and his staff are by far the best. Here they are some of the most thorough, professional and friendliest people. Dr. Heath, Dr. Ron and Dr. Ray just may be the best chiropractors in the Midwest, let alone Chicago. Their staff is kind, courteous and so helpful. Their hours are flexible and accommodating. Straightened me out and now I am pain free. Go and try this place even if you need to travel a distance to get there. You will be glad you did and healthy because of it. Be well!

I have been going to McKinley Chiro for about 3 weeks now. From the first visit I knew I was in good hands. They took their time with my assessment and walked me through each step. I have started sleeping better and have felt relief throughout my body. Everyone is very caring and professional. I have brought all my children ages 4 to 15 and they have also started care here. I would highly recommend McKinley Family Chiropractic care.

The best chiropractors I've ever been to! Their adjustments have been the only adjustments that have actually lasted for me personally. Not only that, but they thoroughly explain what my body is experiencing and possibly will experience during and after adjustments. Words cannot describe how much I appreciate the doctors and staff at McKinley Chiropractic! It's difficult to find chiropractors who actually listen to your body instead of just going in for the adjustment. The doctors take their time during the initial evaluation to ensure you receive the best care possible. I had Dr. McKinley for my initial visit and his attention to detail is incredible! Each doctors' adjustments are tailored to your body and how it's feeling that day/week.

Follow the regime/plan they provide for you and listen to their recommendations - it really works! On the other hand, the front staff makes the process a breeze and answers any questions or concerns you may have. I personally have never met such an amazing team and look forward to continue working with them!

Love this place! I've been looking for a chiropractor in the city for the last 3 years and haven't been able to find one until I found them! I was driving up to Milwaukee for appointments because I could not find anyone down here. I went in skeptical but everyone was SO nice and caring. All three doctors are fantastic and the front office is always so positive and always greets me with a smile! I recommend them to all my friends and people I know looking for a chiropractor, or just in pain who they may be able to hhelp!

When I first visited McKinley Family Chiropractic, I didn't realize just how much the "family" part of the name was going to apply to me. Immediately, I felt comfortable with the doctors and staff. My concerns were heard with understanding, and useful solutions explained in a way I could easily grasp. There has never been an occasion when a doctor or staff member was too busy to answer any questions I had about my treatment. If only more health care professionals brought such a great experience with them!

I cannot thank Dr. McKinley and his entire team enough for the improvement their treatment has made in my life. I've experienced chronic back and neck pain for over a decade and within a couple of months of treatment I'm able to do things I haven't been able to do without pain since I was a teenager like biking, playing basketball, and hiking. More than anything, they're kind and treat you in a way that inspires hope and the realization that pain can improve.

I didn't feel like there were any options that could work for me after trying so many different things, and they were the first option that ever gave me a concrete plan toward healing and a real belief I was going to get there. And I am! Thanks so much to everybody at McKinley Family Chiropractic, if you're experiencing chronic pain I cannot recommend a better place to go!

I started coming to McKinley Chiropractic because of a severe back strain from working out as well as multiple injuries from being an athlete in college. After a few sessions, not only was I ready to start working out again but my back started to feel healthier. Since those initial sessions, I've been going regularly to get adjusted and have had very few flare ups with lower back pain. When I do, it doesn't last nearly as long or keep me in bed due to the pain.

I'm extremely happy I found McKinley Chiropractic. I appreciate the care and attention that they put toward each patient, the fact that they are flexible with scheduling which helps with a hectic work schedule, and that they take time to get to know you and care about what's going on with you.

I enjoy my visits to the Chiropractor's office. The people for one are nice and very friendly and make me very comfortable. I have had many problems with my back over the years. I had scoliosis and surgery as a teenager. Now that I am a senior citizen my back bothers me. Getting frequent adjustments makes my back feel real good. Lately I have also had shoulder problems and the doctors are working with me to get rid of that. I am very thankful to Dr. McKinley and his staff.

I have been going to McKinley Family Chiropractic for almost a year now (or is it longer?). I have NO regrets at all. I have never felt better! The staff and the doctors are absolutely compassionate, caring and very friendly. I feel like I am visiting family each week! I started going about four months ago and have seen a tremendous improvement with some issues I was having. I suffered from reoccurring headaches and now barely get one. If I do, it goes away on its own. I feel so much better after getting regular adjustments. The staff is warm and friendly as well. I have loved my experience here at McKinley Family Chiropractic! I went in with my lower back hurting only to realize that there was more going on. After only a few times of going, I feel so much better! Almost 100%! They have made me fees seen, understood, and well cared for. It was my first time going to see a Chiropractor, so I was a bit nervous and wasn't sure what to expect but Dr. McKinley, Dr. Ray, and their staff are very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Dr. McKinley and Dr. Ray are very knowledgeable and caring. Before seeing McKinley Family, I had been feeling some stiffness on my neck and back but after I had a few sessions/adjustments, I started feeling less and less of that stiffness.

After my first progress exam we saw significant improvements compared to my initial exam. The team is so friendly and kind. I appreciate their flexibility with scheduling and are very helpful with any questions or concerns I have. McKinley Family is the best and I highly recommend them.

I am fairly active and new to the area. I started coming here in June after a minor fall had injured my knee. It also impacted the wrists and ankles. After the initial assessment, Dr. McKinley brought to my attention an old concussion and hips out of alignment which I didn't realize their impact on my daily activities. McKinley Family Chiropractic has been a godsend for managing those aches and pains. Dr. Matt has helped get me straightened out after a couple falls which impacted the knee, ankles and wrists.

I do have to say, happily, that that the nagging low back and neck pain have really improved drastically! Everyone is incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Staff at the front desk are always chipper, happy and accommodating. It feels like a big family here which is nice to see these days since customer service seems to fall by the wayside. I am very grateful for this practice and will continue to come here and continue learning how my body works and recovers.

Passionate, professional, and positive come to mind instantly when I think of the team (or shall I say " family" at McKinley.) They truly care about your physical and mental health today and in the future. Dr McKinley and Dr Ray always provide thoughtful, insightful and intelligent feedback after they have listened to you and your concerns and will always be realistic with a plan for you.

One word "Great". The team is great. Your welcomed with positive energy from either Valerie or Chely. Dr. McKinley and Dr. Ray are the best at making sure you get back to feeling healthy. I've been a patient for almost 2 years and I'm still obsessed with McKinley Family Chiropractic. I genuinely feel like the staff care about my well being - both mentally and physically. Dr. McKinley and Dr Ray are always realistic and up front about what to expect from treatment and Val and Chely always have a smile to welcome you. My body and soul have never felt better. Also, Dr. McKinley even cares about your extended family! He once gave me a book about heart health to give my dad when I mentioned how stressful his job is! It was time for a wellness check. nothing dramatic, just a stiff neck when I wake up in the mornings or sometimes it's tightness in my back after 12 hours of sitting in front of a computer. I didn't feel 100%. These little "annoyances" tend to develop into issues later. I am so grateful I found Dr. McKinley! During my initial visit, he took an x-ray of my spine and gave me an EMG test. I liked that he sent me home so that he could review the findings before he worked on me at my next visit.

I felt an instant release of pressure and tension from my neck and traps. I left walking a little straighter and a lot taller. There are many reasons to see a chiropractor and I suspect most are reactive to some injury or condition. It makes more sense to me to take control of your wellness and do something for your body that's preventive. Dr. McKinley's energy and advice will help get you to that state.

I don't usually write reviews but i felt like this warranted it. A few months ago I hurt my back doing dead-lifts at the gym. For two months after that, I was in extreme pain. It hurt me to sit, stand, walk- the only thing I could do was lay down. However, after two months I gave in and went to McKinley Family Chiropractic. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Dr. McKinley was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining what was going on with my body.

I noticed results after a week, the pain wasn't as bad. After two weeks, I was able to start to jog a little, and after a month I can now run the way I used to with almost no pain. On top of that, I now sleep better and have not gotten any headaches since I started treatment, which is something I would get frequently. The difference is night and day of how I feel and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I tried about 10 + other chiros with good reviews before ending up here. The staff is friendly, office is nice etc. They're extra nice. What I really cared about was getting rid of chronic neck/back pain. Neck twisting all seems the same and most places go left and then right with a few extra cracks here and there. At McKinley they perform detailed tests that show nerve pressure besides just the X-rays.

The adjustments are very precise and targeted and it has made all the difference. At first I was coming in several times a week and my body has thanked me for it. I still drop in once a month and sometimes 2-3 times a month depending on how much ego lifting I do at the gym. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about McKinley Family Chiropractic! Very friendly staff, great environment for treatment, and the doctors really know their stuff! Ultimately, I care about results and that's what I saw from this chiropractic office. I went in with disc issues in the lower back. Dr. McKinley took a scan to see what was going on and after 3 months, the new scan looks great and the pain has gone away! Less pain, better quality of life. Highly recommended!

I was referred to Dr McKinley by my previous chiropractor, who moved out of state. I just had my first appt with Dr Arthur, I think, and I feel better than I have in months. I've been going to McKinley Chiropractic for a number of years due to chronic lower back pain. Last year I suffered an extremely herniated disc at the end of my triathlon season. I went for two months of no sleep, no comfort and lots of pain medications. I stopped in to see Dr. McKinley and a week later I was off the pain meds and sleeping through the night. Traditional doctors were recommending that I have back surgery, which is something I just did not want, but McKinley Chiro got me back on my feet and into the races again. Thanks Dr. McKinley and Dr. Arthur for helping me get my life back!

I have been going to McKinley Chiropractic for about 2 years now. I can't believe it's been that long. It seems like it was just yesterday I had debilitating migranes and this place came highly recommended to me by a good friend. I have to admit I really enjoy coming here. Not only do I no longer suffer from these migranes but I feel like I'm living a healthier lifestyle and making healthier choices, which are really great things.
