Our practice is wellness oriented and we welcome people of all ages with all types of health concerns. We take pride in the care provided with quality hands-on chiropractic and a genuine respect for your individual health goals and the person that you are. We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience. Through years of experience and continuing education courses, Dr. Rudin has developed an intuitive and integrated approach with her adjustments.

We are currently in-network providers with United Healthcare- Oxford, Empire Blue Cross, Aetna and GHI. However, we do accept MOST insurance plans but it is best to call the office or email so we can pre-verify your specific benefits.
