Services
Non-Force Chiropractic
Non-force chiropractic uses precise, low-pressure adjustments to correct spinal misalignments without cracking or popping. This method targets primary structural issues rather than compensatory patterns, achieving lasting relief in fewer visits. Patients experience reduced pain and improved mobility through natural alignment that supports long-term wellness.
Erchonia Laser Therapy
Erchonia laser therapy delivers low-level light energy to stimulate cellular repair and reduce inflammation. FDA-approved for pain management, this non-invasive treatment accelerates healing for conditions like neck/back pain, sports injuries, and arthritis. Sessions require no downtime, allowing immediate return to daily activities.
Rolfing Structural Integration
Rolfing reorganizes connective tissues to improve posture and movement patterns. Through deep-tissue manipulation, practitioners release chronic tension in fascial layers, enhancing flexibility and reducing pain. This holistic approach promotes structural balance and long-term functional improvements for chronic pain sufferers.
Thai Massage
Thai massage combines acupressure, assisted stretching, and rhythmic compression to restore energy flow. Practitioners use hands, elbows, and feet to release muscle tension while improving flexibility. This active therapy enhances circulation, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation through targeted pressure point work.
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy tailors postures and breathing techniques to individual health goals. Sessions focus on improving strength, flexibility, and mental clarity while addressing specific conditions like chronic pain or stress. Instructors integrate mindfulness practices to support holistic physical and emotional well-being through customized movement sequences.

My experience here over the past seven or eight months has been great. Non Direct Force Technique is a little unusual, if it's not what you're used to - it feels like very little is happening when you get the work done, but then the results are incredibly effective - I highly recommend this approach. As for Mark, he's a great practitioner, friendly and focused on helping you develop goals and meeting them, so that you can not only recover, but build up better habits and a stronger back.

Magic man. I went to Mark at the recommendation of Elizabeth Astor after being told I had a large herniated C6/C7 disc and would need surgery. Mark played an intricate part in my recovery and as of today, my herniated disc has reduced by 35% (told that's really good) 3 months later. I am forever grateful to his skilled training, open mindedness, education provided to me, and of course Sarah is the best!
