I have to start off by saying that the staff was very nice, but the way they handled billing me was very frustrating and felt almost down right shady. I went for my first visit. They contacted my health insurance and said; Your insurance copay for a chiropractor is X amount. Perfect no problem I paid and left. Came back for my second visit and they took me into the office, adjusted me, then when I went to pay they said; Oh, your insurance does not cover us.

We are out of network. It is actually going to cost almost twice as much. They already had a bill written out with how much it would cost if I paid for it all then with a "cash discount" This is shady business practice. They could not mention this to me prior to coming in for my appointment? If they had I would not have come and found someone in network who costs less. Just be aware and make sure to check your insurance before going in otherwise they may tell you one thing and then tell you something the next week and it cost your twice as much.

They provided a fantastic experience in every regard from customer service to treatment. Scheduling was incredibly flexible even with their offices being closed in the middle of the day, which I initially thought might be inconvenient. Right away, the doctor diagnosed a pretty significant problem I've developed over the course of what has likely been decades. I had an additional problem that came up and they adjusted my routine to account for it immediately.

They have a machine that rolls your back out after every adjustment, and honestly, I come out of my five minute appointment feeling like I just had a 45 minute massage. The doctor's assistant consistently approaches patients with a calm but upbeat energy and she gave me all my insurance and cost information up front for the rest of the year. She'll even offer little tips that'll help in the long run, such as not sitting on your wallet, and explain their importance.

I feel that I have a pretty good overview of what exactly they are doing and why it is necessary. Overall, they are efficient, thorough, pleasant, and I have zero doubts about their professional qualifications.
