Dr. Fred is incredible! I suffered with chronic back pain for almost 15 years. After only a few weeks of sessions, I feel brand new and pain free! I was very hesitant and scared of adjustments at first, but Dr. Fred was very patient and made me feel extremely comfortable. Now I even look forward to my adjustments. My whole family has gone to Dr. Fred for over 20 years. We love him! He is awesome.

I have been going to Dr. Fred for my chiropractor care for over 4 years now and having weekly / bi-weekly adjustments are an absolute necessity in my life! I was injured flipping a truck tire at boot camp and had spinal injections with steroids and physical therapy for almost a year before I met Dr. Fred. I was scheduled for spinal surgery and decided to give chiropractic care a try first. Dr. Fred treated me like a long lost friend and still, to this day, greets me and my son with a big hug!
He took X-rays, (conveniently, in the office) and explained to me that, with regular adjustments, I can have a healthy spine and forego any invasive surgeries. I never had surgery and still see him regularly for spinal adjustments that have been truly life changing! My son plays football and also sees Dr. Fred to keep him healthy for his games. I recommend Dr. Fred Steinberg to anyone looking for a better quality of life that has been hindered by spinal injuries no matter how big or small. Lower back pain is said to be the most common as we age, however you don't have to succumb to just dealing with pain every day when regular adjustments can make all the difference!

A fantastic practice. Dr. Steinberg is amazing! Truly gifted and always in a great disposition. I haven't had to take pain relievers since I started my sessions. The office personnel is very friendly and accommodating. It is always a pleasure to visit.
