Great place to get you DOT card. Dr. Jake does a good job and doesn't make you feel like he is there to fail you. If there is a problem he will let you no. I continue to go there when my DOT card expires. I was looking for a new place after the place my work used made you feel like they were always there to make sure you didn't pass.

I was sent there for a pre-employment drug screen. When I got there I wasn't greeted warmly by the receptionist, but later saw her friendliness when male customers were available. They had no record of my chain of command since it wasn't on paper although they could locate it in their emails. I was offered no additional assistance but just told I would have to go elsewhere for services. Although later someone did come out to state they were on the phone with someone for assistance.
I ended up calling customer service and located another location. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend going there, at least for drug screening as they dapple in other things like chiropractic services and others.

I have 2 herniated discs between L3 & L4, 2mm; L4 & L5, 9mm. I could barely walk when I went in. After 2 treatments, I'm back playing hockey! Excellent! Thanks so much!

Great service and they were very nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to help me out when I filled my paperwork out wrong and took care of it right away when I called to get it figured out.
