Dr. Mark Burdorf graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1987. He has diplomate status with the American Chiropractic Neurology Board and is a member in good standing with the ACA council of neurology since 1995. He is one of only Seven Board-Certified Chiropractic Neurologists in Arizona.
New Patient Center

There is no charge for an initial new patient consultation. This is your opportunity to meet Dr. Burdorf at his Scottsdale office. Dr. Burdorf is affiliated with the picture archived computer systems, (PACS) of Scottsdale Medical Imaging, (SMIL), Simon Med and Insight. Quick access to your prior diagnostic studies and the ability to refer you for new imaging, if necessary, saves our patients money and time.
Treatment Plans

Functional independence by the definition of health and welfare standards of insurance companies and hospital rehabilitation facilities is the assessment of the severity of patient's disability. The assessment is used to track changes in functional ability of the patient during an episode of rehabilitation care.
Financial Options

Our practice is Out-of-Network with all insurance companies, and Dr. Burdorf is a non-participating provider with Medicare. Our practice offers for new patient a Six-Week Neuro Rehabilitation Plan for migraine, vertigo, movement disorders, soft-tissue and pain related conditions. This plan requires prepayment.
