I've been an athlete my whole life, and am now in my 60s. I developed serious neck issues over the past four years, and it had worsened during 2020/21 to the point that my overall quality of life was pretty poor. Long story short, follow the plan, do the work (rehab with Dr. Mark is not a walk in the park), listen and ask questions. Dr. Mark is one of the most knowledgeable healthcare professionals I have dealt with in my lifetime.
I have regained my quality of life and have hope for ongoing improvements, if I continue to practice what he has taught me. If you are looking to mask your pain with pharmaceuticals, or a surgical or other "traditional" method of modern medicine, go somewhere else. If you want to get better and are willing to do some work, give Dr. Mark a try.
