From the moment you walk in, Jodi makes you feel right at home. She is welcoming and runs the entire office like a well-oiled machine, making sure it is a smooth visit while Dr. Jeff is exceptional at what he does. His adjustment left me feeling great, and he truly takes the time to listen and tailor his approach with a full exam. I dont usually write reviews, but I had a really great experience at Form and Function Chiropractic with Dr. Devine in Lake Oswego. I went in for some stubborn neck pain and lower back pain that wasnt going away. Dr. Devine took the time to figure out what was going and explained things in a way that made sense. He then laid out a plan that included rehab work and some laser therapy, which I hadnt tried before.
What I liked most is that I was well educated on everything. I actually feel stronger and am moving better now, not just temporarily relieved. If youre looking for a solid Lake O chiropractor for neck pain, back pain, rehab, or laser therapy, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Im a college athlete (football) at Lewis & Clark College and I came in to see Jeff about my pain in my neck and he did an x-ray scan on me. Ive been going to the chiropractor for over 10 years and never seen something like it. My next session he broke everything down and provided me with workouts and equipment to help my process of healing and its been going great. On top of that, Jodi is super duper welcoming, caring and always does whats best for their clients. I would definitely recommend this spot. Nice people and new and updated equipment that creates an overally great environment.

Highly recommend! I have been working with Form and Function since they opened. Jodi is amazing and Dr. Devine has done wonders for my neck, helping me correct years of having a poor posture. Their office is welcoming and energetically balanced which is very important to me. Five stars each session!
