I've seen chiropractors for 20 years, and no one even comes close to being as good as Better Backs. Their staff is awesome, the doctors are incredible. I can't say enough good things. Dealing with chronic pain is extremely difficult, but Better Backs has been a lifesaver for me.

Incredibly friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule me whenever I needed them and they made sure that I was fully aware what would be covered by my insurance and were cognizant of preserving my visits (since my number of covered visits per year is limited) in case my back pain flared up later in the year.

Unbelievable difference from when I walked in the door at 10:00am and out at 10:58. I have been throwing my back out so badly that I cannot even stand or get out of bed for three days. The female doctor cracked everything on my body and gave me adjustment and I went from not being able to get off table to standing up and walking out. My back feel great now. And thanks to better backs I can sleep tonight instead of laying in 24/7 absolute agony.

I've only had a few treatments but I've walked out a brand new woman each and every single time. I've started bringing my 4 year old son. He engages with my son, makes him laugh, jokes with him. Gosh, Dr. Brian Murray is one of a kind - I will forever come here. He takes time to explain things to you, he always will make sure you understand what he's doing before he starts. I will forever be grateful of him.
He's not one to make sure that money is what he's after. He makes sure you feel better at the end of the appointment. The front staff is absolutely amazing and always have a sense of humor (especially Sammy, gosh I hope that's her name) - SO GLAD TO HAVE THEM IN HILLIARD! 1000/5 for sure!

If you're looking for a chiropractor place, look no further! This was my first time visiting this office and I will gladly say I will be coming back. I love everything about this office. From the cleanliness to the kind souls here. I had Dr. Michele and she was just absolutely wonderful. Super knowledgeable and any questions I had were answered in detailed and it made me feel I was in the right hands and getting the correct care that I need.
She explains everything to you so you aren't feeling lost or uneasy about anything. I had went to another chiropractor prior to this and they didn't go into depth as she did. I definitely was missing out back then. I highly recommend this place!
