The International Chiropractors Association of Indiana was formed to promote and to protect the interests and general welfare of the licensed chiropractors in the State of Indiana. Our purpose is to enhance the chiropractic profession through organized leadership and the advancement of the chiropractic profession. The mission of this association is: To be an advocate for Indiana doctors of chiropractic, chiropractic patients, and the chiropractic profession to the government, the public, the business community, and the community a third party payors.

Where has the failure of philosophy of Dr. B. J. Palmer been? It has not been with the material! It has not been with the attempt to transmit the knowledge from Dr. B.J. Palmer. The problem has been with the audience! Too much attention had been applied to the personality and actions of Dr. B.J.Palmer and this detracted from the message of Dr. B.J.Palmer.

Amends the definition of Chiropractic. Removes certain acts that a chiropractor is prohibited from practicing. Provides that the board may adopt rules establishing health and sanitation standards for dry needling. Provides that accreditation of a chiropractic college for licensure purposes may be by a successor organization of the Accreditation Commission of the Council of Chiropractic Education.
