After 25+ years of chiropractic care in different areas of the country, Dr Milnes is by far the doctor who has helped me the most. He is genuinely interested in his patients, listens to their complaints of ailment, and proceeds with the treatment(s) that will offer the best results. Patients are made to feel comfortable with his explanations of exactly what he is doing during treatment. Dr Milnes is extremely knowledgeable, and his staff is very pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Milnes and his staff are totally awesome! They are all so professional, friendly and caring individuals - hard to find these days. I have been going to his office on and off for various back and neck issues for over 10 years now and he has treated me successfully and thanks to him, I am able to walk and return to being a normal pain-free person. One time I was in tears with a tennis elbow issue driving to his office and emerged happy and pain free - it was amazing!
The "hot laser" treatment worked immediately which was just astonishing! I have total trust and confidence in his thorough and holistic approach. He and his staff take time to really listen to you unlike other medical doctors I have frequented who tend to herd you like cattle. I trust Dr. Milnes and heed his guidance, which is so refreshing. I have been going to Dr. Milnes for almost 10 years and he is the BEST! His office staff has always been friendly and helpful. Currently Tina is in the office and she is amazing! He has helped me at times when I am in excruciating pain and can hardly function. Even when I am not having a specific problem I go monthly for a maintenance adjustment. He is the best chiropractor in the area!

Dr Milnes was recommended to me by my previous chiropractor when he retired, and I admitted to being somewhat skeptical about the Impulse iQ adjustment, having had manual adjustments for many years. I was thrilled to find that it actually works better for me as you just let the machine do its job, where I know that I was often not relaxed enough for manual adjustments to work well. Dr Milnes is a wonderful caring doctor, he has been a great help to me, and also to my husband who is partially handicapped and has many problems. Dr Milnes is very patient with him and has reduced a lot of his pain and helped with his mobility problems.
The office staff are always very nice and helpful, and it is a pleasure to go to a doctor's office where you are always treated like family. I have no problem recommending Dr Milnes to family and friends in need of help.

Dr. Milnes helped me with a muscle injury in my leg a few years ago, and is currently helping me with a shoulder injury. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I notice significant improvement in range of motion and pain reduction after each visit. Dr. Milnes is great!
