Certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Dr. Wai-Wen "Mike" Cheng is a qualified and licensed chiropractor. He attended Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City, where he received his doctoral degree in chiropractic medicine in 2002. He also has a Bachelors degree in Biology from University of Kansas, and a Bachelors degree in Radiologic Sciences from Thomas Jefferson University.

Download the intake packet pertaining to the type of treatment you are coming in for at the time of your evaluation appointment. As a new patient, bring your insurance card (if applicable) and photo ID with you to your first visit. Also be sure to bring the payment amount that will be required with you!

When you come in for your first appointment Dr. Cheng, will take great care in make sure every new patient is evaluated thoroughly. Thus, starting an appropriate treatment plan for your needs. Following your initial evaluation, a treatment plan regarding how often the doctor thinks you should be seen and steps to aid your personal issue, will be implemented.
