At age 14 I hurt my neck doing squats. The bar rolled onto my neck area and I felt a "pop". I did not have pain at first but after I finished working out I started to have a headache and felt numbness down my arm. Several days went by and the migraine got worst, burning pain going down my right and left arm and my neck pain increased.
