Dr. Shaffer began this part of his life journey after graduating at the top of his class from Fredericktown High School in 1981. From there he headed to Miami University of Ohio for his undergraduate work before finally moving on to Palmer College of Chiropractic. The professional portion of his career began in 1988 & he has been proud to call Utica, OH the home to his personal practice since 1990.
