We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. After identifying which vertebrae have lost their normal motion or position, a specific manual thrust is applied to free up "stuck" spinal joints.
Rehab/Corrective Exercise

The exercises are very simple and straightforward and the majority of times require no equipment at all. When we experience pain or injury, we often believe that the area that hurts the most, is where the problem lies. And the common medical model for treatment is to "fix" the injured area. For instance, if a patient presents with low back pain the common treatment approach is to take pain medications or muscle relaxants to reduce the pain. This only "covers up the symptoms" until the next episode occurs.
