Dr. Walter Priestley has been practicing in the Village of Farmingdale since 1988. He has treated thousands of your friends and neighbors since that time. His practice has grown because of his caring, effective professional service. In 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2021 the office was voted by the readers of the Long Island Press as the "Best Chiropractic Office on Long Island."

We had our cousin Aine' visiting us from Ireland. She had been in a slight fender bender just prior to coming to America. Unfortunately, she started experiencing severe neck pain. Of course, she has no health insurance in America, but was willing to pay cash for treatment. I asked my daughter-in-law if she could call a chiropractor, since she and my grand children use them occasionally. She had tried several, but only Dr. Priestley agreed to see Aine'. He made room for Aine' in his already-booked schedule.

Some insurance plans will require a referral from your primary care physician. Patients are responsible for obtaining these authorizations from your physician prior to your initial visit with us. Our office will verify whether your plan requires such documentation and will inform you before you come to see us to allow you sufficient time to do so.

Dr. Priestley has post graduate training in the evaluation and treatment of soft tissue injuries involving motor vehicle accidents. Patients involved in motor vehicle accidents are typically covered for treatment, under the car's insurance policy. After initial Problems are resolved, some of our patients choose to continue care as maintenance patients.
