Active Release Techniques
Active Release Techniques (ART) are a patented, soft-tissue system used to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. Our certified providers use precise manual therapy to break adhesions and restore normal tissue function. This approach effectively addresses overuse injuries, repetitive strain disorders, and musculoskeletal pain through targeted, movement-based treatments.
Chiropractic Manipulation
Chiropractic manipulation focuses on correcting spinal misalignments to improve nervous system function and alleviate pain. Our doctors use controlled, hands-on techniques to enhance joint mobility, reduce inflammation, and promote natural healing. This treatment benefits patients with neck pain, back pain, headaches, and related musculoskeletal conditions through non-invasive, drug-free care.
Custom Orthotics
Sole Supports Custom Orthotics provide personalized foot alignment solutions to address biomechanical imbalances. Our casting process creates precise arch supports that improve posture, reduce joint stress, and alleviate pain in feet, knees, hips, and lower back. These durable orthotics are tailored to individual gait patterns and weight distribution for optimal comfort and functionality.
Functional Rehabilitation
Functional rehabilitation combines therapeutic exercises with movement retraining to restore strength, flexibility, and coordination. Our programs target specific injuries or weaknesses through progressive, goal-oriented exercises. This approach enhances recovery from musculoskeletal injuries, improves athletic performance, and prevents future injuries through evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
Sport-Specific Exercise
Sport-specific exercise programs develop skills and physical attributes required for particular sports. Our protocols focus on improving agility, balance, power, and sport-related movement patterns. These customized regimens enhance athletic performance, reduce injury risk, and accelerate return-to-play readiness through biomechanically sound training techniques tailored to individual sports demands.

Dr Armillei is kind, courteous and knows what he's doing. If after a few visits, he can't help you move any further forward, he will help you to find another type of doctor to help. He will not continue to keep bringing you back just to make a buck. I had problems with my back and he found me a doctor to correct what he could not. He has helped many of my family feel better so that they no longer need him or anyone else. I highly recommend Dr Armillei!
