Very disappointing.Improvement was negligible. Very expensive. Rude front desk. ( Michelle in particular) They tell you they will do things like review labs and give exercises to be done at home, but never do. They say they will file your insurance, but do not. Dawn is great. Otherwise 1 star. 2 if I felt generous. But instead, I feel fleeced.

Since a friend recommended Dr. Walicki over three years ago, I have have found him to be a dedicated health professional who has academic excellence, practical experience, and intuition, making him a top provider in the field. Dr. Walicki CARES! He works with each patient according to their needs and does not take a one size fits all approach. This often leads to outcomes far exceeding the patient's expectations, including my own! (examples: improvement in night vision, improvement in mental clarity, reduction of aches and pains normally brushed off as aging.)His staff is friendly, caring and capable. All are willing to work long hours to provide the highest standard of care possible. Based on personal experience and observation I can recommend Dr. Walicki most highly and without reservation to anyone serious about improving their health

I came to Dr. Walkey with a very bed back could hardly walk after a couple of treatments. I fell perfectly ready to go back to work. I can't say enough about the service I did. Advanced chiropractice five stars

I saw Dr Wilicki and staff for a total of 14 visits in June and July, 2025. His diagnostic work was excellent. That being said, I do have a vestibular disorder of long duration, and he made me no promises. But at nearly 100.00 a visit, I did hope/expect to see some improvement from his treatment. I would have continued seeing him, if I had experienced even a little relief. Sadly, it was negligible. I saw him 3 times a week for a month and a half, at about one hundred dollars a visit, and could no longer justify the expense. They claim to file your insurance, ( which should cover chiropractic, but not his ancillary therapies). But there is no evidence, so far, that they have done that. I've recieved no compensation or EOB's whatsoever, from my insurance company.
His front desk staff is tolerably helpful, but anything but friendly. I do want to give a shout out to Dawn, who is friendly, helpful, and proficient. I worked in chiropractic offices for years, and we always worked hard to make each patient feel cared for and welcome. Sick and hurting people deserve nothing less. This office gets a C- in that regard.
Dr Wilicki only uses the activator method of chiropractic, which I find lacking.
He promises to do things that he doesn't do. ( Go over labs, give exercises to do at home, etc)
However, he does excellent diagnostic work, and he is unquestionably knowledgeable, and somewhat proficient.

Hi! My name is Toni Toney and I am BEYOND grateful for Dr. Walicki. I have had mild to severe neck pain for years diagnosed with stenosis via MRI. But then one day, my head began involuntarily being pulled backwards if I was standing or walking. It was very scary. I started researching online and it appeared as though I might be suffering from cervical dystonia. That's when I discovered Dr. Walicki. After going through various tests, he discovered that yes, I did have cervical dystonia. It has taken us about 2 months of treatment, but a few days ago, to my surprise, I walked for about 10 blocks without my neck going backwards, which before treatment, I was unable to even walk 1 block without it happening! Needless to say, I am a VERY happy patient and am HIGHLY recommending him and his staff to be a part of your journey towards spinal health! SINCERELY!

I recently began Functional Neurology treatments with Dr. Walicki. During the first week of my treatment, I noticed an increase in motivation, mental alertness, focus, and concentration. In addition, I was able to sleep for six uninterrupted hours without feeling groggy. I highly recommend this practice. Outstanding service and care! After receiving consistent treatments from Advanced Chiropractic Care, I no longer suffer from neck and shoulder pain. Also, I no longer have "brain fog." Dr. Walicki and his staff provide premium service to patients and have their best interests at heart. I highly recommend this fantastic establishment!

Dr. Walicki and his staff are incredible both in their knowledge and treatment of patients. This is the first chiropractor I've ever seen that left me feeling as though I was thoroughly diagnosed and effectively treated. Dr. Walicki and his crew are incredible! Their office is a welcoming and calming environment. You will see and more importantly feel the proof of the treatment in your body. Amazing what a world of a difference you can feel when your in the right alignment. Highly recommend to all!

I suffer from a disease chiari malformation it causes headaches pain in my shoulders and all down my back, the muscles in my back and in my arms and in my legs started depleting I was becoming weaker and weaker every year. After 10 years of dealing with this pain, visiting multiple doctors and being told that there's nothing anybody can do for me I was pretty much at a loss.

The movement in my neck began to deplete and my back developed a painful curve along with many other aches and pains. I looked for a chiropractor that could help me that was aware of my disease with no luck. I called Dr walicki's office trying to give it one more shot, so they asked me to come down for an evaluation his office was familiar with my disease, it was the best move I've ever made.

He took x-rays he evaluated my situation he spoke to me one-on-one and came up with a game plan. Just after two or three sessions with him I was standing straighter walking with less pain more strength in my neck it was miracle! The muscles in my arms and legs started coming back I felt my strength increase I was so excited. I've been seeing him for about 4 or 5 months now maybe even longer and I am stronger than I've ever been I wish I found his office much sooner.

I also started developing TMJ an issue with my jaw alignment is causing me extreme headaches and jaw pain. The therapies and personal one-on-one care they did with me made a difference in a week I no longer have headaches and my jaw feels better. The rest of the staff in the office is amazing and knowledgeable and helpful and loving you can tell that this place really cares about their patients and I'm forever grateful.

Dr. Walicki and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and have helped me considerably. I don't know where I would be without them. I recommend them very highly for any aches or pains you may have. I gave them 5 stars. They deserve it!

Excellent! I have gone to Dr Walicki for a little more than 3 years now. NEVER have I had a doctor that was more concerned in my whole health and well-being than he and his staff. I have improved in so many ways related to health and I am very appreciative of their philosophy and good hospitality.

I was in a serious automotive accident recently. My spine was twisted, bad headaches, muscle spasming, and just generally beat up. The crew at Advanced has helped me so much getting my mobility back and I am headed to recovery! Thank you Advanced so much!

Dr. Walacki is very polite and helpful. I get regular adjustments which he does a wonderful job at performing. It makes a big difference with my back and shoulder. The staff are also great. They are easy to work with and make scheduling appointments a breeze.

Had gait and balance problems with downhill hiking. Orthopedic MD was of no help. After treatments by Dr. Walicki, I am hiking downhill without problems

Dr. Walicki is amazing! He truly cares about you, the whole person. He is professional, yet kind and generous. ACC provides many treatment options to accommodate the person who is new to chiropractic to the veteran who swears by it, at whatever level is needed. I had the most wonderful experience under Dr. Walicki's care. We had been traveling for 5 days from Iowa, and I was in miserable pain. I found his office on Google, and this kind man agreed to work me into his already booked afternoon. He diagnosed the source of the pain immediately, and after adjustment, I was given ultrasound to relieve inflammation which was quite pronounced. Afterwards, he checked me, ordered more ultrasound, checked me again and made sure I was given instructions for a strengthening exercise.

He and his assistant, another chiropractor, exhibited such compassion to me, just someone passing through. I was greatly impressed, and I bless God for both of these skilled doctors.

Having worked with several chiropractors, I am amazed by how emence Dr. Walicki's scope of knowledge is in assessment and diverse treatments. He is not a chiropractor, but a functional neurologist chiropractor. He is able to treat neurological disorders, such as concussion, stroke, vertigo and much more as well as athletes perfecting muscular balance, children, and the elderly.

Ever wonder why you keep running into things or getting injured on the same side? He can tell you why and correct the problem. He also works with proper nutrition and natural supplements that help with hormonal balance. Thoroughly impressed!

When my family and myself went to see Dr. Walicki for the first time, I was skeptical of seeing a Chiropractor and after the very first visit I was a firm believer of Chiropractic work. Dr. Walicki isn't in this field to just make money and it's not just a job to him. He truly cares for his patients and really wants them to feel good and be happy. Dr. Walicki has gone above and beyond to help my family and we can't recommend him enough! His staff as well as himself are very professional, honest & proficient. We drive about 40 mins to see him and we wouldn't go to anyone else.
