I had never been adjusted until I was injured in a high school football game my junior year. After the injury I decided to see a chiropractor. Within two adjustments I was feeling better and was able to play in the next game. After being impressed by my chiropractic experience, I did some research and became interested in chiropractic as a career.

Through the use of the Gonstead Technique, Dr. Adam and Dr. Ashley carefully analyze your spine for the root of your problem & specifically adjust only the vertebrae of your spine that need corrected.

What to Expect

The first visit to our office typically takes between 45 minutes to one hour, including paperwork. During this visit your health history will be reviewed, an exam will be performed, x-rays will be taken if deemed necessary, your questions will be answered, an adjustment will be given if indicated. Home instructions will also be provided.
