Dr. Dade uses a variety of Chiropractic techniques along with Active Release Techniques (soft tissue therapy) to help patients resolve health issues and maintain their health and wellness. At our conveniently located clinic in downtown San Mateo (off of 3rd Avenue exit), we see a variety of patients (from school children to those working on their 10th decade) with conditions ranging from neck pain to plantar fasciitis. We specialize in correcting your body's misalignments. Our goal is to ensure that your spine and the rest of your body are working harmoniously. To do so, we will help you develop a plan that will require light stretching, some exercise, chiropractic care, and a healthy diet. Therapeutic exercises are the use of bodily movements and/or postures to restore desirable changes in diseased or injured tissues.

It is still recommended to come in for periodic adjustments to keep things running smoothly. This requires a quick visit 1-4 times per month based on your lifestyle and goals.
