Dr. Gardner is originally from Concord, North Carolina, where he graduated from Northwest Cabarrus High School in 1991. He did his undergraduate study at Belmont Abbey College and The University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1991 - 1995 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology.
