Giving them 3 stars for two reasons. Great service. Very professional. Attentive. Just don't have an injury where you can't walk and you need your records sent to either yourself or the orthopedic surgeon doing your back surgery. They won't release your information. They tell you to come in to sign a release when you tell them you can't walk. Refuse to release them to you at all even when willing to provide a confidential fax so that you can get your records.

Seriously question aftercare especially when records are needed for more intensive care. They have the polite nice nasty down well on the phone. Cited HIPAA as the reason for refusal to release. Guess they missed the part about being sent by confidential fax.

Doctor Abby is just great. Always friendly, courteous and thorough. The front desk takes cares of customers quickly and efficiently. I am always called by name. All the Doctors are good there so you can't lose with anyone. I just regularly go to Abby and prefer having the same Doctor. She can feel the difference in my spine.

My first visit a couple months ago was very pleasant. Dr. Sandy's adjustment was just what I needed. I have been getting chiropractic care for about 7 or more years now. I wanted to find a practice closer to home and this location is perfect. The services offered are more than what I was getting at the last practice. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. I have also seen Dr. Abby since coming and have been pleased with each provider. I was hesitant starting over wth new chiropractors and their nuances but they put me at ease. To be so close to home is an added benefit.

Great employees. Very helpful at front desk. Short wait times. I've seen doctors here for 14 years. I've had very few back/hip issues since using their services. The issues I've had are fixed quickly if I listen to their recommendations. Highly recommend.

In the two months that I've been a patient, I'm very happy with the progress that I've made. The staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly good at what they do, while the doctors are incredibly friendly while still direct and straightforward with you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anybody.
