Dr. Lutz graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1997. He founded Lutz Family Chiropractic in 1997 and has focused on patient-centered care. He specializes in Gonstead technique and maintains active involvement in continuing education.

Dr. DeWall graduated in 2002 with specialized training in acupuncture and auto injury treatment. He has advanced certifications in medical legal evaluation and serves as a DOT-certified medical examiner. He brings expertise in crash test research to patient care.

I received a phone call 10 minutes before my appointment saying "your apt was actually at 1:50" but it was for 2:10. When I tried asking why it was set up for the wrong time, the woman told me "no it was for 1:50 but I tell you what we can still get you in" but my reminder (which they say to go by) was for 2:10. Then upon arrival we are told my fiance was late and that his apt was even earlier yesterday.

We tried to figure out why our appointments weren't set up the way we asked but Lori took it upon herself to raise her voice at us telling us we were wrong and to listen to what our reminder said not what we signed up for. but our phones told us our appointments were at 2pm today. (this is when I found out it was the same woman I spoke to on the phone) Would love to know if there's anyone else that could handle this, that's not how anyone should be treated and I'm disappointed. What happened to listening to people or their concerns to find a solution.

They do the gonstead method here! Both Drs are very nice! Their ice pack prices are very reasonable and the front desk lady's are very helpful. The message therapist's are very good at helping you relax if it is your first time having a message. Was there again in 2019 to try the new massage therapist Crystal, she did a great job! Will be back again! 1/31/2020 Had another massage with Crystal. I feel amazing! She uses essential oils to help you relax. Love it!
