Both Dr. Markowitz & Mason the office manager are AWESOME! From friendliness, to efficiency to knowledge - they are the best! What I especially love is the way Dr. Markowitz educates - he shows & explains what is wrong then continues to describe what he is doing to fix it & why. For some reason, many people view chiropractors as "quacks" - I will tell you that Dr. Markowitz is anything but! I even asked him about a new mattress I was considering & he took the time to go to the website & give me his real opinion.

After my pregnancy I've been having severe pain on my left upper back/shoulder area which extended to my left arm. Initially I went to see a orthopedist who did an X-ray which showed I had a herniated disc. He suggested I can take Advil and if that didn't help the other option was to have surgery. After having further discussion with my husband he suggested that I see a chiropractor since a few of his colleagues had indicated it worked for them.
So I went to see Dr. Markowitz and after 2 months of treatment, I could feel a huge difference. No longer was I in pain and I could actually get a good night's sleep. It's been 11 years past and I still continue to see Dr. Markowitz whenever I feel pain and after being treated I feel 100%. My husband also sees him as well.
