Paperwork to fill out, new doctors, and getting to know your way around the office all the at same time can cause overload. At Orlando Sports Chiropractic our aim is to remove any stress causing unnecessary tension and make you feel comfortable. In this area of the website you will be able to take care of items necessary for your visit prior to arriving, in the comfort of your home.

In order to avoid cancellation fees, a 48 your notice is suggested for any change of appointments. Less than 48 hours may incur a $25 cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $50. If an appointment is not cancelled at least 12 hours in advanced or if the appointment is missed completely with no communication with the office, new chiropractic patients are subject to a $150 fee and current patients are subject to a $75 fee; this will not be covered by the insurance company.

Many insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, and major medical health insurance plans. You may also use your company supported Health Savings Account. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office.
